The self-titled album for Altafaan Records with the illustrious combination guests Queen Ifrica, Warrior King, Capleton, and Hawkeye is a masterpiece! - Bryan Art is the multifaceted artist, a husky voiced singer on his own, a witty songwriter for sure (he also wrote songs for Etana, Luciano, George Nooks) and a consummate musician as a one time member of the Firehouse Crew and also bandleader for Bushman's backing band! When we hear the term "Love song" we naturally think of a song expressing romance or like sentiments, leaving out songs of freedom, peace, motivation, hope, unity etc. that seek to caringly point people in positive directions. A classic example is the great reggae anthem, "One Love" by the Hon. Robert Nesta Marley. In fact, the music of Joseph Hill, Dennis Brown, and Jimmy Cliff, on which many Jamaicans grew up, preached so much love that it appreciably became one of the defining factors of the reggae genre. Opoloh is the new personal project of Oliver Polo, natural from Mollet del Valles and former singer of the band La Limoncello (jungle / reggae / dub), who debuts ​​as a producer and composer with his first demo entitled "Inspired Way". The mixing and the mastering was carried out in La Panchita studio by Chalart58.

Dubophonic is the first netlabel from Cyprus, which distributes freely downloadable, Creative Commons licensed music on the internet. We aim to seek and provide you with exclusive releases of quality dub music, from artists who are dedicated and passionate about their work.

We try to retain focus on the art of dub music in its most diverse forms, whether it would be electronic or acoustic/organic, roots or steppers, classic or contemporary.
